LEGAL: DISCLAIMER, RULES & REGULATIONS

Race Me Online (RMO) assumes no liability, expressed or implied, for the safety of any vendor, racer, spectator, or any other participants at an RMO sanctioned or sponsored event. By entering any RMO event, the participant, spectator, and/or vendor voluntarily assumes risk of bodily injury or death and also waives any claims for such losses against RMO and/or its staff, the track and/or its staff, and the sponsors. The sole purpose of the RMO rule book is to award and share vehicle data and act as a forum to share the results. The RMO rule book is by no means meant to supplement or replace the SFI/NHRA safety rule book. The SFI/NHRA safety rule book shall be the sole source for all safety matters pertaining to drag racing at any RMO event.
 

All decisions to share the racers data online will be left to the sole and absolute discretion of RMO. RMO has the right to change any and all rules without notice at any, time as they see fit. RMO does not collaborate directly with any race tracks pertaining to RMO events. You, the racer, are free to attend any designated race track you desire. It is up to the participant to register and attend a race track to conduct the sport of drag racing. RMO does not promote or support any form of street racing. If any form of street racing is detected, the participant will be disqualified from the event. Applicable track staff and RMO staff have the power to remove any person from the competition and from the racing grounds at their discretion. All vehicles must pass the safety tech inspection at their local tracks. RMO is not responsible for each racer to pass the proper safety inspections prior to racing. All vehicles must utilize an import or domestic chassis with functional doors and proper safety equipment that is recommended by their local race track authorities. RMO reserves the right to randomly re-inspect racers and their vehicle at any time before and after the event. Drivers must maintain complete control of their vehicle or else their submission will not be accepted.

Participants are expected, at all times, to conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner consistent with good sportsmanship. Any participant who, in the sole and absolute discretion of RMO, verbally or physically threatens another person, uses vulgar or derogatory language, engages in unsportsmanlike conduct, engages in conduct detrimental to the sport, otherwise creates a condition or circumstance that is unsafe, unfair, or out of order, or otherwise violates any RMO rule, regulation, or agreement, shall be in violation of this rule and are subject to disqualification. Furthermore, the participant shall surrender season points and may be subject to certain terms and conditions before said participant is permitted to return to competition.

Should circumstances arise where RMO and/or a participant believes that a participant is utilizing an unfair advantage that is in violation of the rules, they may submit an official protest. All protests must be in writing and given to the RMO Technical Director. Protests may only be submitted on race day. In order to prevent false and misleading protests, a $500.00 CDN fee will apply, and must be paid before receiving the protest form. In the event of a successful protest any fees collected will be returned, less a non-refundable $50 administration fee. Should the result of any official protest not be satisfactory to the defending participant, said defending participant shall be granted an appeal. All appeals must also be made in writing and be accompanied by supporting evidence. All appeals must be submitted within 5 days of race completion.

In addition to the payouts for each event, participants will earn points throughout the season towards the RMO Most Valuable Driver (MVD) of the year. The top two cars with the most points will receive additional year-end awards and cash prizes.

Payouts will be estimated prior to each event. Based on pre registration data received, RMO may post guaranteed payouts via social media, the RMO website, and by email to each participant that has pre registered for the event. Guaranteed payouts will be announced at the sole and absolute discretion of RMO, and is subject to change at any time, up to 24 hours prior to any event. Payouts are based directly on how many cars are entered in the class. Furthermore, 50% of the total entry fee purse shall be attributed to the

payout purse which shall be divided amongst the first-place participant, who shall receive 80% of the payout purse, and the second-place participant, who shall receive 20% of the payout purse. Minimum car registered field to be determined by RMO.

If there is less than the desired number of registered cars as determined by RMO, RMO reserves the right to cancel the event. Thus, resulting in a non-points scoring event. In this case, a refund of the entry fees shall be available to the registered participants. The gate fee charged by local tracks will not be refunded as RMO does not reserve the tracks for its events. It is up to the participants to inform themselves of their local race track schedules and whether they can accommodate them during RMO events. The facility entry policy for local tracks is at sole discretion of facility ownership and/or management.

We encourage our participants to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the RaceMeAnywhere.com website. On some pages of the website, you can submit information about yourself or your car, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages include: name, email address, website, vehicle details and location. V ehicle information submitted to RaceMeAnywhere.com is used to build a public online database to be used for research and informational purposes. During the submission process, an option is available to keep your email address private and not displayed publicly. If you do not select the "No" option in the "Display Email Address with your timeslip" field, your email address will be displayed with your timeslip for our users to contact you with regards to your vehicle. If you signed up for a RaceMeAnywhere.com notification list, your email address will not be shared with anyone, and it will only be used to notify you when a car you are interested in is added to the database. RaceMeAnywhere.com does not share your email address with third parties.

The RMO website (RaceMeAnywhere.com) is not guaranteed to be functional at all times. Since RaceMeAnywhere.com publishes information provided by participants and companies, RaceMeAnywhere.com has no control over the accuracy of such information and makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or quality of such information. RMO does not represent, warrant or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements (collectively, the "Materials") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from RaceMeAnywhere.com (the "Service"), nor the quality of any products, services, information or other materials displayed, purchased or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer or in connection with the Service. RMO reserves the right to determine which data submitted by users is displayed on RaceMeAnywhere.com and data may be removed from RaceMeAnywhere.com at any time for any reason, at the discretion of RMO. You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Materials or information contained on RaceMeAnywhere.com shall be at your own risk.
